Our team has gone to great lengths to ensure your apartment provides the comfort, convenience and safety during your stay in Prague.
This manual and guidebook is intended to answer any questions that you may have about the apartment and its appliances as well as to inform you about the rules and regulations of this property which we kindly ask you to follow.
GETTING AROUND
Prague public transport operates 24 hours/day. From 5 AM until midnight there are regular tram/bus lines, and metro, during the night you can use special night bus/tram lines.
A ticket for the Prague public transport network permits travel on the Prague Metro, trams and buses for a set period of time: 30 or 90 minute, 24 or 72 hours.
with unlimited switching between the three means of transport. Don't forget to stamp the ticket the first time.
The easiest way how to buy the ticket is official PID app Lítačka. You can download the app here for iOS or Android.
Tickets are on sale at metro stations, newsagents, and from orange/yellow ticket machines at major tram and bus stops.
If you buy paper ticket, don't forget to stamp the first time.
Tickets can also be purchased from ticket machines inside some trams with a contactless card - these don't have to be stamped and are valid from the time you bought it.

The nearest supermarket is Albert, on Vinohradská street, approx. 4 minutes walk.

GETTING COMFY IN YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
HEATING:
Turn the dial on the top of the radiators to desired temperature.
If the radiator doesn’t heat up in few minutes, please let us know.
AC:
Turn the AC unit on with the remote control. Press MODE button repeatedly to select the Cooling Mode.• • is displayed on the display screen.
Press the buttons to set the desired temperature.
Kitchen appliances
INDUCTION STOVE:
Hold your finger on the On button until the stove beeps, then select which hob you want to use and put the pot/pan on it.
Use the +/- buttons to increase and decrease the heat. To turn the stove top off just press the ON/OFF button again.
If the light indicator shows LO, please hold the button with key symbol for few moments to deactivate the child protection lock.
Laundry
The washing machine is in the closet on the left side of the kitchen.
How to run a wash cycle or a
drying cycle
1. SWITCH THE MACHINE ON. Press the

button; the START/PAUSE indicator light will flash
slowly in a green colour.
2. LOAD THE LAUNDRY. Open the porthole door.
Load the laundry, making sure you do not exceed
the maximum load value indicated in the table of
programmes on the following page.
3. MEASURE OUT THE DETERGENT. Pull out the
detergent dispenser drawer and pour the detergent
into the relevant compartments as described in
"Detergents and laundry".
4. CLOSE THE DOOR.
5. SELECT THE WASH CYCLE. Set the WASH
CYCLE knob to the desired programme; a
temperature and spin speed is set for each wash
cycle; these may be adjusted. The duration of the
cycle will appear on the display.
6. CUSTOMISE THE WASH CYCLE. Use the
relevant buttons.
7. START THE PROGRAMME. Press the START/
PAUSE button. The corresponding indicator light will
become green, remaining lit in a fixed manner, and
the door will be locked (the DOOR LOCKED
symbol
it is in progress, pause the Washer-dryer using the
START/PAUSE button (the START/PAUSE indicator
light will flash slowly in an orange colour); then
select the desired cycle and press the START/
PAUSE button again. To open the door while a
cycle is in progress, press the START/PAUSE
button; if the DOOR LOCKED
off the door may be opened. Press the START/
PAUSE button again to restart the wash cycle from
the point at which it was interrupted.
8. THE END OF THE WASH CYCLE. This will be
indicated by the text "End" on the display; when
the DOOR LOCKED
may be opened. Open the door, unload the laundry
and switch off the machine
Housekeeping
For additional fee we can provide you with housekeeping service and exchange of the bedsheets and towels.
If you'd like our cleaners to do the housekeeping, just let us know.
Waste disposal
The bins for non-recycled waste are in the inner yard.
For recycling you can use the colourful containers on Sázavská street, around the corner from our building, approx. 90 meters.

The TV is connected to Google Chromecast and you can use it for online streaming services as Netflix etc., we don't have regular TV channels.
Electricity
The electrical sockets in the apartment are compatible with plug types C, E & F
HOUSE RULES
Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
Always close the door to the terrace and the skylights before leaving the apartment.
YOUR DEPARTURE
Check-out time is until 10:00.
We would like to kindly ask you to close all windows and switch off the lights and AC when leaving, our cleaner will take care of the rest.
On your way out please leave the keys on the table in the living room and close the door.
