Our team has gone to great lengths to ensure your apartment provides the comfort, convenience and safety during your stay in Prague.
This manual and guidebook is intended to answer any questions that you may have about the apartment and its appliances as well as to inform you about the rules and regulations of this property which we kindly ask you to follow.
GETTING AROUND
Prague public transport operates 24 hours/day. From 5 AM until midnight there are regular tram/bus lines, and metro, during the night you can use special night bus/tram lines.
A ticket for the Prague public transport network permits travel on the Prague Metro, trams and buses for a set period of time: 30 or 90 minute, 24 or 72 hours.
with unlimited switching between the three means of transport. Don't forget to stamp the ticket the first time.
The easiest way how to buy the ticket is official PID app Lítačka. You can download the app here for iOS or Android.
Tickets are on sale at metro stations, newsagents, and from orange/yellow ticket machines at major tram and bus stops.
If you buy paper ticket, don't forget to stamp the first time.
Tickets can also be purchased from ticket machines inside some trams with a contactless card - these don't have to be stamped and are valid from the time you bought it.
SHOPPING
There’s a shopping centre Quadrio just 8 minutes walk from the apartment where you can buy almost everything.

GETTING COMFY IN YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
HEATING:
Turn the knobs at the side of the radiators to desired temperature.
If the radiator doesn’t heat up in few minutes, please let us know.
You can also use the AC unit to get warmer in the apartment if necessary.
AC:
Turn the AC unit on with the remote control. Press MODE button repeatedly to select the Cooling Mode.• • is displayed on the display screen.
Press the buttons to set the desired temperature.
Kitchen appliances
STOVE:
The main switch for the stove is on the left on the wall above the stove. Please use the dials on the front side of the stove to select the cooking plate and set the desired heat level.
Laundry
The washing machine is behind the door to the bathroom - on the left.
Please load the drum with the clothes, put the detergent pod inside the drum and close the door.
Select the washing programme with the round dial/knob, adjust the temperature with the buttons if needed. Press the START/PAUSE button to start the washing cycle.
Housekeeping
For additional fee we can provide you with housekeeping service and exchange of the bedsheets and towels.
If you'd like our cleaners to do the housekeeping, just let us know.
Waste disposal
The bin for non-recycled waste is downstairs right next to the staircase behind the grey door. You don't need a key for the door, it is opened all the time.
We would like to ask you to sort the waste, containers for glass, paper and plastic are around the corner in Krocínova street 2 min walk:

Electricity
The electrical sockets in the apartment are compatible with plug types C, E & F
The fuse box is located in the entrance hall of the apartment.
HOUSE RULES
Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
Always close the door to the terrace and the skylights before leaving the apartment.
Please do not use the fireplace.
YOUR DEPARTURE
Check-out time is until 10:00.
We would like to kindly ask you to close all windows and switch off lights and AC when leaving, our cleaner will take care of the rest.
On your way out please leave the keys and the lockbox on the table in the apartment and close the door.
If you already know your departure time, please let us know, it'll help us organize the cleaning.
