Our team has gone to great lengths to ensure your apartment provides the comfort, convenience and safety during your stay in Prague.
This manual and guidebook is intended to answer any questions that you may have about the apartment and its appliances as well as to inform you about the rules and regulations of this property which we kindly ask you to follow.
GETTING AROUND
Prague public transport operates 24 hours/day. From 5 AM until midnight there are regular tram/bus lines, and metro, during the night you can use special night bus/tram lines.
A ticket for the Prague public transport network permits travel on the Prague Metro, trams and buses for a set period of time: 30 or 90 minute, 24 or 72 hours.
with unlimited switching between the three means of transport. Don't forget to stamp the ticket the first time.
The easiest way how to buy the ticket is official PID app Lítačka. You can download the app here for iOS or Android.
Tickets are on sale at metro stations, newsagents, and from orange/yellow ticket machines at major tram and bus stops.
If you buy paper ticket, don't forget to stamp the first time.
Tickets can also be purchased from ticket machines inside some trams with a contactless card - these don't have to be stamped and are valid from the time you bought it.

GETTING COMFY IN YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME
HEATING:
To get warmer in the apartment turn the knobs at the side of the radiators to desired temperature.
You can also increase the temperature centrally on the thermostat which is on the wall in the living room.
Just press it on the right by the plus symbol and select the desired temperature.
If the radiator doesn’t heat up in few minutes, please let us know.
In summer days the heating is turned off.
To cool down the air during summer please use the portable Dyson units that are in each bedroom.
Kitchen appliances
INDUCTION STOVE:
Hold your finger on the On button until the stove beeps, then select which hob you want to use and put the pot/pan on it.
Use the +/- buttons to increase and decrease the heat. To turn the stove top off just press the ON/OFF button again. If an L symbol appears, the child security lock is on - please hold your finger on the lock symbol button for 3 seconds to turn it off.
Laundry
The washing machine with dryer function is located in the utility room on the right side of the kitchen.
Turn the washer-dryer on by pressing the ON/OFF button. All the indicator lights will light up for a few seconds, then only the lights corresponding to the settings for the selected wash cycle will remain lit; the START/PAUSE indicator light will also flash. Load the laundry, add the detergent pod and close the door. Set the WASH CYCLE knob to the desired cycle. Press the PUSH & GO button to start the wash cycle.
For drying press the "drying only"button (the bottom right button) to perform drying-only cycle.
After selecting the desired cycle (compatible with the type of garments), press that button to exclude the washing phase and start the drying phase at the maximum level for the selected cycle. The drying level and duration can be set and changed by pressing the drying buttons "level- based" or "time-based" - the buttons below the display.
Housekeeping
For additional fee we can provide you with housekeeping service and exchange of the bedsheets and towels.
If you'd like our cleaners to do the housekeeping, just let us know.
Waste disposal
The bins for trash are located downstairs in the inner yard.
The door to the yard may be closed, you can open it with the same key as the entrance door to the building.
For recycling use the colourful bins, for non-recycled waste use the black bins.

In case of some issue with the connection, please turn the router off and on after few seconds. The router is in the living room next to the door to the kitchen.
Electricity
The electrical sockets in the apartment are compatible with plug types C, E & F
The fuse box is located in the entrance hall, to the left of the door.
HOUSE RULES
Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 until 7:00.
The apartment is strictly non-smoking.
Please do not flush anything except toiler paper down the toilet.
YOUR DEPARTURE
Check-out time is until 10:00.
We would like to kindly ask you to close all windows when leaving and switch off the light, our cleaner will take care of the rest.
On the way out of the building please drop the keys in the mailbox downstairs (mailbox with blue business card Best Place in Prague and name Čechová B. on it). Please, make sure that the main door to the building isn't locked and that you can open it without the key before dropping them to the mailbox.
